It’s not too late but be aware that you are likely to get a pay cut as CS salary is rather low

Is your new job under the same organisation as your traineeship?

for CS, how many months of your past salary do they ask for when crafting the offer? the standard 3 months?

reason i'm asking is that I recently got promoted (3 months ago) and I hope they take that into consideration. Also my bonus is also there in the last three months, so will they take my annual compensation into consideration or only monthly?

In general does MINDEF has higher pay compared to other ministries (e.g. MHA)?

For me hr only asked for the latest payslip and bonus letter. I don't have a bonus letter so I just told her what it is. My pay was too high for them to match so maybe more months of pay don't matter.
