Do note on the glass ceiling though.
If you do not have Degree, private sector will give you a better package at the upper end of your career.

grad ntu 2nd uppers and joining LTA as executive engineer with 4 years experience, how much should the salary be like? Also on average how many months is the bonus there? Thanks

Does anyone know how the different progression rates generally differ for non-FCH, non-scholar/FCH/local scholar/overseas scholar? I understand that it is also generally different amongst different SBs/ministries.
