Vital , hopec, history ,pe all template done.
Rounding notes also same.

Do you mind sharing how bonus for fp in ops is calculated? I understand that there are different components and it depends on whether your teamlets hit kpi or not, service, education components, but was wondering how much does an FP with "meet expectations" grading get (excluding aws of course)
