Mrcgp
Hey,
If I have MRCGP + 2 years GP experience in NHS UK, can I practise in Singapore, regardless of where my MBBS is from? My MBBS is from some uni that's not on the 'First Schedule' list.

Can I ask if you work for a established gp chain group like raffles, health way etc, will they sponser or encourage you to take up post grad qualifications like gdfm, mmed, fellowship etc or other qualifications like gdom, grad diploma in Geri, mental health etc?

Yes. They do.
Gdfm, gdom, gdderm are the usual ones
M.med fellowship seldom cos don't value add. Maybe m.med.
For fellowship from raffles viewpoint they need some fellows so they can be a proper medical insitutiion and accept conditional reg. There's already a few fellowship guys in raffles
Usually comes with bonds.

Thanks for the info. Can I ask how long does job application with private chain gp group take to process? (I.e all the administrative aspects) I am planning to join in July next year (during the mopex change over) as that is when my bond with mohh ends. I was wondering if I should start applying for jobs in march-april next year?
