I think everyone need to know strategy and consulting is two different pillar 😂

Is it possible to transfer internally from consulting to strategy? Also, is the Payscale very different between these 2?

So far I haven’t heard of any transfers. But I’m guessing if you do, they will assess you just like any other external candidates. MBA, strategic thinking skills, etc. Payscale is one heaven and one earth

Not too big of a gap, acn strategy analyst’s salary is about 1k more than the normal analysts in acn.

If you want to transfer must as well jump to MBB or tier 2 like OW, LEK. Salary is a lot higher, brand name better and you get to travel.

Please la all of you, Accenture not even that good dk why so many of you want to get in 😂 is 4.5k worth the workload and it? Flat answer, no. You’ll regret man no joke. Just ask around and you can see how many analysts leave the company.

Yes possible, because consulting analyst will work with the strategy people. Need to connect well with the MDs. Then you will have the chance.

Either way regarding payscale, really depends on how you nego leh. They are able to pay the same as MBB, but that's if you can perform well.
