you mean rupees or peso?
sorry for the cynicism but that's a lot and quite high for a phone basher. Mind sharing what exactly are the job scope and specialization?
Anyway you do know that this is pretty much a dead end job that's likely gonna be shipped off to a 3rd world country in due course right.

Do note that finance industry mostly no AWS. So 3400 x 12 /13 = 3138 if you adjust for normal company with 13 mth.
3138 is not bad, about average for starting executive position.

Should have, but for call center at most 1-2 months. Another thing is bonus is based on only basic & not allowance. So although the TS can get 3.4k a month his bonus is only 2.9k x whatever the no. of mths for that year.
All in package p.a. is probably average or slightly below average for a normal fresh grad exec compared to most companies. It is definitely below stat board / civil service starting package though...

Gov sector paying ~3.4k (with NS, no honors) for a deg now. They pay ~15.5 months all-in. So work it out is 3.4k x 15.5 = 53k
So for the DBS guy maybe is 2.9k x 14 + 0.5k x 12 = 47k
About 13% lower than gov sector, not too bad for a customer service job, but given is dead end & long hours, better to find something else if can.
