Hi yes it’s normal, I got verbal offer in October last year and offer letter in December, so 2 months later. They’re abit slow but it will come don’t worry.

Which stage is this? I only uploaded my information onto their portal after I first received an offer. Is this the stage that you are talking about?

did they sent you an email that you have been given an offer? this stage prob the one where you give the contact details and ref etc

Oh yeah I did that back in dec. The email with the renumeration details right?
Then they told you to upload some stuff to the portal and also fill up this candidate excel form?
