This year, the bank is looking to hire around 525 fresh graduates and young professionals, of which around 30-60 might make it to the bank's MA programmes.

no it is not. 30-60 is for the entire region (6 countries) and split amongst 3 different divisions.
That's 2-3 MAs per division per country if you assume it's an equal split

But 20K applicants in region last year And DBS hired 400-500 fresh graduates and young professionals yearly (guessing its both GA & MA)
