Probably same person with a friend inside
Pushed back, meaning we’ll have to wait longer or scrap this

in the original timeline when the new MA prog was published, late March/ early April was the offer roll-out. The program starts in July; it's already April and they haven't even done the group challenge.

I thought it was due to start in Jul/Aug from website
So I was thinking probably first week of Aug should be good
Then for some of us, we have 1-2 months notice
Offer by June should be fine I guess...

Yeah i heard that the program isn't even confirmed. And the remuneration package will be calculated based on the average of all MAs accepted (and not market based)??
Better pray for more high fliers with high salaries to join... if everyone is from big 4 then the pay will just be a continuation of big 4 progression salary lol

It was definitely discussed - they themselves are not sure of how to proceed. They thought they would be able to attract those experienced hire talents with masters (like in previous batches of MAs)
But seeing as those MAs are now also thinking of leaving because of the 'unfair' pay remuneration after graduating from the program a lot of things are up in the air.

Honestly I thought of this too (no info on my end too)
But I thought that after that business times interview, they might just go ahead with the program and see how it goes
I am quite keen on being part of the DBS MA honestly
Taking a big 4 audit progress pay is cool with me too
3rd year already about 4.2K, 4th year 4.8K?
So just nice

In this case, one way to tackle this issue will be to consider bonding all MAs for 5 to 10 years. Just like sign on regulars, so that those who join will already have considered very clearly on what they really want.
