Actually, do you all really think a rotational program is a good idea?

if you already know what you want to do, why not apply for roles in that area?

disclaimer: I am not a candidate but i might consider next year (i only have 1 year experience so far).

We will really have to see how this batch of MAs goes
Since it’s the first time they’re offering to 2-3 years work exp candidates and not fresh grads
So most of us who have applied have an idea of what we want

Will be really glad if we can all make it in the end
