U waited 1 month for the results of the interview. But why didn't u call to check with the HR earlier?

guess i'll mantain some hope till next week
juz for the reason that so far HR have kept to their timelines... called me within 2 weeks for 2nd intw... called me in a week after tt to update me that position on hold due to strtegy shift
they told me to wait for 2 weeks for another update... so i guess they desere some trust

Bro, I feel u. Called the HR to ask about outcome of my interview and was told that there might be a restructure in the company so I need to wait for news from them.

so many of us get the change in strategy msg?
dun tell me we apply to the same company
also the HR din tell me... only mentioned in 2 weeks time hopefully they will be able to advise whether position closed or go ahead with hiring
