So you 4 years no increment, pb, bonus, aws?

shed some context

2018 Sept --> i join SB as temp
2019 Jan --> they take over as my direct employer + small increment
2020 Jan --> 2nd extension and last increment b4 effectively pay freeze all thks to corona 19

2022 Dec end--> 4 years expiry liao and zhao sai lor

40+ days after applying called for interview
30+ days since attended interview, no follow up

Position 2
10+ days after applying called for interview
14+ days since interview, no follow up

i think positions 1 and 2 is kee chia uplorry already, move on.
position 3 very faint hopes

Mine within a week after asking referral the HR contacted and my referee replied on even day. Till now no news. 1 week already.

Referee is to check your work ethic? What is the use of referral check with ex company? Verify employment or conduct? Left on less than favourable terms with some employers so not sure they will check with ex supervisor or HR level checks.

tia gong entry level roles check with HR if you work there before
experienced roles will ask for former supervisor or manazer
