All teachers are important, whether BT or not. Stop this comparison, it’s really unhealthy! We should support one another, move towards our shared goal.

you must be from tekong, or pretending to be one. cos it's an open secret the lower percentile officers/scts are sent there, so nobody brags about being posted there. either way, you're not capable of manipulating others. most likely at the receiving end. my condolences to you.

I’m not a BT. A teacher of more than a decade and still very passionate about the job that I do! BTs in my school are all valued as much as anyone else.

Just wanted to ask, if an officer is going to get C-, is the job holder’s RO obligated / required to inform the job holder during year end work review? (e.g. in the case of a mistake made towards the end of the year?) Or might the job holder be unaware of this C- grade and find out only during the following April’s Performance Grade reveal?

You won't believe what I just saw — our crying abang was on TV again! Remember how he was the emotional star of NDP 2022, and that tearful performance which shortly landed him into the HOD gig? Well, he’s at it again this year, crying like a champ. At this rate, I’m half-expecting him to get a promotion to Vice Principal within the next few months.
I guess tears really are the secret to career advancement! Should we start rehearsing our acting for the next NDP just in case?

Actually when I was looking at open postings, there is this school in the north which had 30 vacancies, including senior KPs. It's really scary. The school climate must have been that bad to have a mass exodus.
For my school, there was a teacher who came in via closed posting. But he resigned thereafter.
