SLs also part of the problem. They will praise such EOs when it should be emphasized that EOs harbouring contagious diseases stay at home. You are putting students and staff at risk

If your SLs think this way or praise such EOs, i strongly suggest considering open posting to somewhere else.

i dont get which idiot came up with rumors that staying back till 7-8pm every night in school means higher ranking, and taking just one mc means c-/d/f grade, and appearing to work dangerously ill and get appraised. this is the stupidest dumbest **** ever conceived and highly educated teachers still buy into it. Even I share that to my kids they died laughing, they tell me: This is not Ohio. Are you skibidi mental?
Some of you already GEO 4, 5 5A SSEO1, still like that intelligent. Better get fired and work as grab rider better.

I died laughing too. On a given day the SLs/HODs in my school definitely do not know (or care) who's in school at 7-8pm. Why? Because they already headed home long before.

My advise to you is just insist on Paternity leave, and seek to transfer as soon as you can.
I still recall when my mom passed away 2 years into my service, my replied to my text asking if 1 day compassionate leave is enough. Its true that they will treat you better when you become a little bit more senior. BT is akin to recruit in the SAF. No rights and the lowest form of life.

My condolences to you and your family.
Please leave recruits out of your lousy comparisons.
Recruit allowance is nothing compared to the high teachers ' pay.
NSF cannot just resign and leave the SAF.
Teachers can resign and leave anytime.

Sorry if i offend you BT. It has similarities. When i was an officer, Recruits are my minions. Now BTs are my tools to climb up the ladder. Throw work at them and take credit under the guise of guiding them.
