I’ve been told frequent MC will affect ranking. 2 days of MC per term is it considered frequent?

Salary Guide by ST
Went to input my numbers for the ST salary guide and feeling very underpaid. Anyone else? Overheard some of the new BTs, they just came in May/Jun discussing about their pay, and I realised I'm paid the same as them after 6y.

Impossible to be paid the same as them after 6 years, unless you are on a different scheme? Or diploma holder?
