Q: Big4 - Yearly salary increment

Probably not very relevant, but any good ideas on how to break bond from mid tier firm without paying penalty? Lets say i got offer from big 4, what excuses that you guys have used/heard of to avoid paying? Or do you just gigachad tell your mid tier boss imma go big 4 bai bai?

Hi everyone I am an associate year 1 in one of the big4 and I heard next month there is an annual conference. Should I just crash in their conference and network with senior partners in order to fast track my promotion to partner?
