Lead category was strategic impact.
A1-> A2: 3.35k - 4.5k
Bonus: 3.5 months.
Not sure if it's higher this year as it's my first year with the firm.
Also colour codes refer to the firms' logo.. currently now EY is having pay revision so most pay being discussed right now refers to yellow..
