This small firm has a lot of politics but she’s fine cos all the same D big 4 staff. They join force trying to squeeze out the other partner. The salary is Better than being a partner in mid tier.

$8k as a first year manager? More like $5.5k.

I believe it would only be slightly higher at advisory and consulting. Big 4 more or less pays standard across the board.

i think 5200-5500 is for AM, M1 is S$6k onwards...

May not be true. In the UK and thailand at least strategy& folks get paid roughly 50% more at a fresh grad level. Not sure about sg though. But heard in Thailand they're only a team of 20 in the entire pwc. Anyone knows if sg has this branch?

Any advice on big 4 pay and progression? 6 years experience in MNC doing risk management but stuck now, so looking for a jump.
