Past a certain point in the Big4 hierarchy, any additional skillset is abt managing teams and client alr. Technically speaking, it doesn't help in commercial setting because you're not doing audit engagements in companies assuming you jump there.
So by M if you haven't quit yet, it's really double or nothing, all in to audit as your career path liao

Exit options at M or SM is not that bad? Have seen various ppl leaving at M or SM into positions befitting of their YOE
