Big 4 bonuses not good enough. There are industries that give much more. I average 5 to 5.5 months.

Receiving bonus letter tomorrow! How is everyone feeling?
My manager has hinted this year might barely reach 2 months for average performer. This department is **** and the partner sucks as well. He can't get good jobs in and he always offers discounts and tries to cut corners, end up we staff have to work OT to finish the job within "the budget".
Will be giving him a white envelope once I am confirmed on my new job.

Very lucky. Last year I got 1.9 only. Hoping I am above average this year and secure a 2.2 or 2.3.

Anyone have any idea regarding the job grade in KPMG? What does grade S means?

Doesn't matter if KP offers higher than the rest for Y1 associates. After the first year, we all receive the same amount. I think what's important is the generosity of the job plotting and the culture in the firm.
