Wow  , thanks for the info! You have any idea what the progression for scholar looks like? And is it fair to assume a 15-16mth annual package (include AWS, perf bonus, but exclude cpf) with 4 free flight tix (worth ~10k)?

To manager around 8-10 years depending on who likes you.
The rest up to you liao.
Typical profit sharing bonus is 3 months, so annual is 16 months.
Free ticket only once a year for your spouse and kids.

Saw on another thread that SIA bonus is same for almost everyone, unlike CS where C, C+, B, A got difference.
3mths is for what kind of performer? Or basically everyone the same?

In SIA your performance got no difference to your bonus. Everyone get the same thing.
