Career as SIA Overseas Scholar
Don't want SIA to know who I am, but I am one of their scholars who is going off for uni soon.
Recently checked glassdoor and reviews all say that SIA pay is low and progression is slow. What exactly is SIA pay and progression like for scholars?

Pay is low market rate. But progression for scholars may be faster than the normal fresh grad there.

Don't think 18mth pay package will ever happen again, i see past forums say usual annual package (exclusive of cpf) is 15-16mths

Based on linkedin and their snr mgmt site, I'm guessing that most scholars hit VP with 12-15 YOE. Any idea what VP salary is?
Understand that the hierarchy is something like CEO > EVP > SVP > Divisional VP > VP > Snr Mgr > Mgr > AM > Snr Exec > Exec.
