Singapore doctors- where else can they work?
Hello,
Which countries are Singaporean doctors with a medical degree (e.g. NUS or Duke- NUS) allowed to practice in? Have searched the forum but can't cant seem to find information on this.
Additionally, will having a postgraduate degree /specialist training from another country make a difference in this respect?
Thank you very much in advance!

Australia and NZ are somewhat more protective of their turf and may not grant you a license.
Postgraduate degrees from that country is not a guarantee. Eg. You can get your specialist certification from Australia but you may not work there just because you have passed it there.
UK is getting worse for non-EU residents. Some Asians were literally terminated on the spot when the EC hiring laws were enforced. Now they have more European doctors who cannot speak good English.
