WTF so meaning all these high TC fresh grad pays are including bonus? I thought they were talking about base pay only... Why the fk would you include Bonus into your TC lol.
I thought TC just means total compensation which includes guaranteed pay like
1. base pay
2. allowance
3. sign on bonus
Stock options, RSU and bonuses should not be included because they are not guaranteed right? Crypto bonuses are 1-2 years plus... does it make any sense if I say I earn
72k base = 6k monthly
72 to 144k bonus = 1 - 2 year bonus
TC: 180k ? ( 72k base + 1.5 year bonus )
am i wrong? i check online other people also count TC without bonus... hymm

TC means total compensation.
It includes everything you get when you join a company. That also includes sign-on bonus.
The crypto bonus sounds like WinterMute and yeah that's correct. You are supposed to share the full amount of earning, even potential earning. Offer letters have bonuses stated in them right?
I've never heard of any company not stating how much bonus you will get. All the places I've worked at either stated minimum value or what percentage of base pay I will get annually.
Take base pay + sign-on bonus / allowance + yearly vesting stock + average of that bonus or the full amount of it = TC...

Congrats! But local companies a bit less likely to offer so much hmmm. Is it a niche role?

Can confirm, Crypto trading firms here (Wintermute, etc.) pays up to 2 YEARS OF BONUS. So you're looking at 300k++ as year 1. It's crazy.
