Me here, I have been working from home for two months since 1st date and only meet my manager virtually. I think how they train you will depend on what job do you do? There are some softwares that allow video calls and sharing screen such as Skype or Zoom.
I work as a digital marketer, so my manager sent me some helpful video on the internet and called me on Skype me to guide me. That's not so uncomfortable and inconvenience.
Here are some tips that I've read online about working-from-home that you may find helpful.

i duno how online learning can be easy for newcomer like wat other said. i mean when they guide u online, they cannot even see how much notes u have written n are u ready for them to continue to the next part of learning...

but somehow, most people here said its easy...
The consolation is im a experienced hire with 5 years in the industry i am regulating. Still would have preferred starting in the office. The inability to bond with new colleagues are the biggest draw back to me.

Why keep seeing you repost the titles of the SAME articles written by the SAME author for the SAME company!!

You must be him!! This is such an inauthentic means to try to drive traffic to your articles!
