Don't ever think about a bonus first. Think, can you survive the culture or not

KNN every morning at 9 am, the lift is flooded like a dog. I don't know who designed the lift button, but it's in a place where many people are fking around.

The culture is well known, not easy to survive.

Management recently made it mandatory to come to office at least 3 times a week which i think is dumb. Most meetings are still done on Teams, and the office is so crowded that we can't even sit with our own team. They really should have made the 3rd day optional instead of mandating it. really thinking of leaving after I get my mid year bonus
