Around 10-13% ba. More if you performance rating is good.

I did it years ago (1st batch who went to EPIC). cannot tahan with all the bs supervisor/project manager. But I wished ngemr can be finished successfully.

Was offered $5500 as basic for Senior Test Engineer JG4, about 9% hike, is it consider low for jg4?

There are quite a number leaving in Dec and forging year end bonus from other teams too.
