Anyone know the expected grade progression and salary range for a farmer?
E.g. fresh grad is 12a - $3600, 12b $4000? And so forth, After xx years, will hit mx10 with $11000?

principal 10a is for old expert dudes who cant make the mgmt track (aka DD). specialist track is very hard to attain then mgmt track

Can share more? Heard that it's a place with lots of long time staff with "unique" attitude

All I can say is that I am truly amused in the short period that I was there.
