The HR told me the salary package before interview. And after interview , the Hr told me the management is process the salary package. But not sure should I take this job as the process is too fast.

For my case, my interview was on April 2xth, and only till last week upon checking for update (Via email) then I was only told the interview went well, and I am to submit the document while they are processing the offer package

Of course, they will assigned to you to project that needs manpower.
I would say it’s decent for a start. You can learn things for 1-2 before switching company.

Has anyone tried negotiating NCS Nucleus salary before? Is it possible or is the salary fixed?
