Understand that the current mx scheme as follow,

Pay grade: MX9 (Superscale)
Job title: Deputy Director, Director
Salary scale: S$11,110 – S$15,280 / S$15,280 – S$17,370

Pay grade: MX10
Job title: Assistant Director, Deputy Director
Salary scale: S$8,305 – S$9,980 / S$9,980 – S$11,470

Pay grade: MX11A
Job title: Manager, Assistant Director
Salary scale: S$7,115 – S$8,305

Pay grade: MX11
Job title: Manager, Assistant Director
Salary scale: S$5,925 – S$7,115

Pay grade: MX12
Job title: Assistant Manager, Manager
Salary scale: S$3,000+– S$5,925

Pay grade: MX13
Job title: Management Executive
Salary scale: S$3,000+ for fresh graduates

Stat board like LTA, govtech, imda, etc are using different grade.
Perhaps someone can share the grade mapping to mx?

I'm from small stat board.

Non FCH male but a with a bit of work experience. When I was MX13 they gave me 3.7k

A FCH girl later joined us at MX13 with 3.6k

So asking 4k should not be unreasonable. However they will most likely give you a bit less than that.

Anyone knows the payscale for AGO? 25M, with NS, 2nd uppers from local u.

Any guess how much will our pay cut be when they announce in June. 10% across all cs?

It should be capped at the MVC portion of your salary. Check pac@gov to see how much percentage of your salary that is for you.

Not sure if it is the same across the whole public service. Approximate 17%+ for my stat board. Senior management took a greater cut while support staff got a modest increment.
