130k in 30-35 years old is normal for a top performer, regardless of private sector or public sector.

What you mean to say is: 130k in 30 to 35 years old is for top performers. For normal people, it will be much less.

Yes, you are doing extremely well. If you have been consistently getting perf grade of A and B+, you don't have to ask so much. You are already a top performer.

Ok but not great. I earned the same as you at 32, and by then my wife and i already owned a d11 condo fully paid up and had $400K in cash (due to some earlier astute investment). I'm still in my 30s but my earning last year was $240K basic plus close to $100K bonus. We work in banking and finance.

Duh.. Everyone knows banking and finance, besides lawyer, pays well. This is a forum for govt officers; we can't compare oranges with apples right?

Well done, keep it up! Someone give this couple a greater earner award! Maybe can be advertising for XXX insurance company and declaring early retirement now!
