Drew 1y pqe - 6+(base +variable). MBfc t1 1y pqe 8.5. 2y pqe 10.5 and that is just base. No variable component nonsense

It's one thing for drew to hire a cum laude, it's another thing for a MBFC T1 firm to hire 2 cum laude at NQ level last year for 1 department

Aiya this is nothing lah. Just search in LinkedIn and you will see CC hired a trainee with smu cumlaude in 2017.
