Is it good to date a fellow lawyer?
Should you agree on terms and conditions prior to dating?

HAHAHAHA it's from 2020...tbh i accepted it because it was my training firm (think about 20 ppl inside) in the middle of this COVID **** and i had friends working in smaller firms for 3.5k so i thought okay lor.... but later i realise never get bonus and stuff also. So now that im going to be a 1 pqe, i wanted to know what i should be expecting from either my boss as a raise or from another firm i switch too!
ive gotten an offer for 4.2k but it seems REALLY low for a 1pqe for any firm? are bosses really lowballing because of this pandemic or is this still within acceptable market rate?
thanks everyone for your help! (and if you guys know any openings with decent pay....)

in a different firm yes, although be prepared to not be spending alot of time together because of schedule.
highly dont recommend dating within the same firm (if smaller firms)/team because it gets damn awkward.

Yeah but I mean now no fault divorce and all of that, does it make sense to sign an agreement upfront just before you become bf and gf, especially a confidentiality clause would be quite beneficial
