Not all Of Counsel are paid the same I presume. It's on a eat what you hunt basis. They are salaried based on the amt of billings (hours + value)

Think they will go back to being partners. EHE also comes at a time when the international firms are not doing well. E has a strong US base

I'm sorry, in your mind is everyone a FCH? Based on my experience fielding resumes in law, a FCH or a deans lister is always a minority and I will pay special attention there.

Should qualify my response -> FCH/deans list from the local schools.

Overseas universities will be more of a hit of miss, depending on the school.

Yup, noted. I have a FCH but did not have any mooting achievements or experiences. I hope academically I would be able to make up for the lack thereof.

Now that RHT and EHE have ended their FLAs, I would say KhattarWong comes next followed by probably Ascendant (Norton Rose) or AsiaLegal (HFW).
