Guys, I would like on the MI in my case. Supposely, my salary hit 5k (max last year) and I got promoted this year and my salary cap increase to 6k. I only entitle to only $100 promotion increment. I was told that I do not have MI as my salary cap is $5k.
Is it possible? in summary, I got a promotion but $100 increment.

You mean your previous grade's ceiling was 5k and the current salary grade ceiling is 6k?
Why is the pay range so small? Which Ministry or SB is this?

Go to Pay Related Information on HRP and your new Current Salary Point will be shown. Deduct your March pay to see the increment.
