Default proving your current remuneration

Hi,
How can I best prove to the company interviewing me my current package? My salary slip only shows the monthly salary. What about 13th month, PI, bonus, etc? I want to show all this while negotiating salary at a new place. What do you suggest?

If applied for new job, ask for +/-15%, depends on push vs pull.
If headhunted for new job, ask for 30%++ before negotiation.

just received a job offer for a role that is similar skillset but slightly broader in job scope. i applied to the position and am not headhunted. assuming 1 month bonus, then the offered package will be 22-23% than what i am currently getting. if i benchmark against 2017's payscale, then the offered package is only 5% more. wondering if there is still room to ask for more?

Alright, It really depends on how long you have stayed in your previous role, years of experience, company's budget and also your job value. So it's quite hard to determine. Normally your increment is given based on your base salary, excluding your bonuses.

I see. In this case, increment of 15% to 20% of base salary is ok. Assuming the variable bonus is comparable. If you havefixed component to your salary previously, you may consider to request for higher increment. But it's up to the company whether they can match. But an increment of 15% to 20% of base salary is normally good enough to move. Perhaps they can be other factors (benefits) that you can consider as well.

Yes. But it is already middle of the year, and I am wondering if I should benchmark with next year salary's instead.

Hi,
does HR usu call up the referral? Or do they require hard copy testimonial from referral?
Or both practices are acceptable?
Thanks.

Im assuming you are referring to the people you have listed as your referees. Even if you have a hard copy testimonial, they usually will still try to contact the referee.
