Think there was a female candidate whom applied before but don't think there should be any preference.
Just wondering how come there is In Process and In Progress status. Maybe they have started to process your application, thats why its on "progress"?

I got called up for Job Preview and Engagement Session (1st interview) on the 8 of Aug. Anyone got called for the first interview?

Sorry, misread the date, should be 15th Aug as the guy being called up on 8th Aug said so.
Ya, what was your status so far? From Submitted to In Process? And currently?
