Has HR shared with you which scheme of service and which substantive grade did they offer you?

Can I check the 6 weeks is after HR informed you they are keen to process after your final interview?

I see. So if my guess is correct, it will be the keen to process -> verbal offer -> formal offer stage. thanks.

Did anyone onboard a cs/sb during this period? I’m imagining it to be super tough cos most of the times we wfh and how do you learn stuff about your job? Needless to say there will also not be any induction programme conducted physically as well.

Other scenarios would be:
Step 1 -
Verbal offer & concurrently checking if candidate is keen with the verbal offer details such as proposed salary and grade. This step is also known as conditional offer.
Step 2 -
If candidate is keen, HR proceed to do the internal process which includes reference checks/verifications and seeking management's approval.
Step 3 -
HR make formal offer.
