Well, this is what the hr had shared with me as i did indeed drop them an email on it. And they say to give them 2 weeks more and i had already waited for 1 month plus after submission of documents. I am just sharing my experience to help those, as min/sb really take time and the wait is torturous due to no updated and seeing the job being reposted again

Anyway thanks for all the advice. I at least feel safer now as the chance of being offered is quite high now

Preliminary offer- can I say 100% I will be able to get the job? Or there’s still chances I may not get it?

Hi. I would like to check if resigning before or after pre employment check is important as I was being offered the role and the HR told me to:
1. Sign contract with sub
2. Go for medical check
3. Immediately resign and dont wait for medical check (she say they need me to start immediately after 1 month notice & can’t wait for de medical check)
I am paranoid about this as I usually resign after the medical result is out? Should I email her back when she sent me the contract in that they told me to resign before pre employment check to protect myself? Need some opinions here. Thank u!

If HR sent me for health check but say cannot yet commit an offer, what does this imply? From a stat board.

I waited for 6 weeks after interview and HR called to ask if I am still keen. Then informed that they will do reference check and discuss salary etc. So I guess you are almost there. Btw from one of the ministry.
