Me too, applied for SGUnitedJobs. I just rejected an offer, keeping faith with the CS that they will come back to me soon after making good progress.

But now it's into 1 week

But I got a offer from other private company.

1 week only what. If so urgent then go private lor unless you like the role in cs so much. What's your background?

I got verbal offer from givtech and submitted G50 form, reference checks of two ex-managers.
Waiting G50 clearance, I guess I just need to wait?
HR said 2 to 3 months required and case might passed or failed which is beyond control.
I'm just afraid what if other private company offer me while I'm waiting for clearance.

Additionally, one of ex-manager told me she have replied. The other one never update me. Will HR wait till the other manager reply then only submit my G50 form?
Because I don't want to keep chasing the manager to reply email, but I'm not sure what's the process.

How to check with govtech on the status of my application?

I guess it's better to check with them after 2 weeks since they informed you about the 2 weeks timeframe?

For my case, HR also say will get back in about 2 weeks but there was no updates from them, so I checked in with HR on the status after 3 weeks from my interview and was informed it's still processing.

I applied on 15th June. Was told by the VP that the process typically takes 3-4 weeks. But reading from these forums, it seems like alot of ppl have waited longer than that... 😔
