I got verbal offer from givtech and submitted G50 form, reference checks of two ex-managers.
Waiting G50 clearance, I guess I just need to wait?
HR said 2 to 3 months required and case might passed or failed which is beyond control.
I'm just afraid what if other private company offer me while I'm waiting for clearance.

Additionally, one of ex-manager told me she have replied. The other one never update me. Will HR wait till the other manager reply then only submit my G50 form?
Because I don't want to keep chasing the manager to reply email, but I'm not sure what's the process.
