Anyone else experienced being stuck at GEO 3 for 9 years?
Average performer but no adverse grade received before.

On the other hand, I heard of someone who received 3.5 months PB for 4 consecutive years and was only at GEO 4 for 5 years before he was promoted to the next. However, he denied the leaders were grooming him.

Both are just HOTs, so why is there is such a big discrepancy? Do age matters? What is the normal duration of each grade and the typical PB payout?

No need to differentiate by subgrade.. The quantum range is the same for each grade across the subgrade for GEO.

I do know that the range for A is 2.8-3.5 for GEO... Well could be higher but 3.5 is the highest I've obtained.
