Already say so many times. The industry is broken. No need to increase pay because can import cheaper from M' sia, and offshoring to Phil
Audit is like the white collar version of the construction industry. Addicted to easily available supply of cheaper workers. No incentive to raise base pay. Attrition in B4 has always been high historically.
Unless the tap from regional is cut, B4 have no incentive to retain local SG employees.

What is the batch size for associate 1st year for your unit? And what is the percentage that is left after it is in associate 2nd year and senior 1st year?
Maybe they just don't see a need to try harder if it is not too different from previous years. It is not the first time that they have seen exodus in batches, so it is hard to change mentality.

still have to wayang and hire local A1s via local uni SURF intake.
Locals usually quit when they reach senior so they hire jhk senior to replace them but i heard now they also have problem hiring jhk to be seniors
