My senior used to tell me that you either quit early or stay long enough to see yourself becoming the manager you swore not to be.

There will be training.

But you need to realise you’re not in school anymore - you’re a full fledged working adult and you’re being paid to perform a service.

Don’t count on being spoonfed or handheld on a day to day basis.

Blue also short of manpower... hearsay black also.. somemore this blue only increasing pay to match the industry in july... they told us in townhall meeting. Other firms increased already. Tbh dont be fooled by the 20% increment. A lot of seniors left before they even get the 20%. Think about this, why would they leave when they just have to endure another half a year to get the 20%...
the manpower shortage is real

Spot on. No matter where u work as a fresh grad, remember that now u are a working adult . Your boss gives u a pile of sand and a guide to build sand castle, u are expected to build it even if u dunno how to. Sometimes they don’t even give u a guide u just have to figure it out yourself

Don’t expect your boss to be like your cher , they are not paid to teach u things with a good attitude
