Had your exit chit chat? You seem easily convinced by your SM.
You went for interviews for a reason. Weigh the pros and cons of your potential job vs current job, and try to get a good sense of your own inclination. Don't lament too much regardless of you staying or leaving
"Partner potential" in first three years mean nothing. There are people who are assessed for promotion at the SM-to-partner stage and still failed to cross.

You like to do you do , you don't like the job then quit. What is so difficult?
I am EY manager and I enjoy every minute of my work. I have never ever forced my staff to OT. I understand that everyone is already trying their best.
You should be grateful that you have a job during this pandemic. Don't always think about money. Please adopt a positive mindset and think about the learning opportunities.

I would like to know the monthly salary range as an associate in Big 4.
