But outside of B4, not everyone will recognise diploma + 2 years experience as degree equivalent.

Haha average performance will do, most of us do make it to A1. The harder part is making it to S1.

But yes you are right, outside not easy to get 4k basic with only a diploma and 3.5 years of exp. most do not match last drawn.

hahaha . that what they did to kinda keep you around. because industry compensation is actually higher and what they did is correct in closing the gap.
