U do realise a career in the big 4 isn't a sprint right? Though it was apparent. The post shows junior partners in assurance getting 300k++, definitely the senior ones are getting 500k+.

You also do realize that making senior management in top mnc also gets you to 500k per annum right? It’s not like the odds of partner is better, and the lifetime earnings are way better this way

Really insane to see people defending being underpaid for making “big bucks” of 300k

There are various routes to get there without being underpaid. Of course it’s not easy, but becoming a partner is not guaranteed either
