It's exactly the same in terms of basic. Bonus either the same or slightly higher. I don't know why people keep having the impression that TAS is more elite and got higher pay,

as a fresh grad, it is the same pay across all functions in big 4.. at least for the first 3 years.
even there's diff also $100 diff...
if you dont screw up, annual increment and progression is the same for all function.
