Check the grade, LTE 6 is fresh grad. Title is usually AM, not senior executive as suggested. Not sure thing as HQ for LTA as well.

i was offered an AM at LTA last year in policy br.
1st class slightly less than 4.

Announcement of Promotion for 2020 (MOE)
Any school, the P has announced to their staff about promotion? Usually the P lets the staff know first right then makes announcement to staff.
I was told last yr I will be sent for interview for SH. Until now, no concrete plans from P r RO. RO told me she is preparing me by giving me work to do related to the role of the SH im going to take on.
other than that - nothing much. So dis heartening - there is no direction or hand holding.

Announcement of promotion wouldn’t come so early one. Usually last week of March, just before the official announcement.

I am also a newly appointed LH. Just to share.
1) giving you work related to your job is a form of preparation. In the interview and writeup, there will be direct or indirect questions on your contributions to the school as a form of readiness assessment. What challenges you may face? How did you resolve them etc etc...
2) beside the formal appointment, Your CEP will also be assessed. ( adjusted down, remains or upwards) this was emphasised to me to be the most important thing of the interview.
3) current leadership landscape quota is quite full. Hope your school has vacancies. Another clue is if a KP has just transferred or step down to leave a quota.
4) interviews can be within 3 weeks notice. So don’t be disheartened if yours is not informed yet. I got mine in 2.5 weeks notice... really depends on how Long the management takes to decide and submit a nomination to cluster before formally informing they are sending you.
Do understand that MOE HQ and cluster are more busy with the current covid situation.
5) can understand your disheartened thoughts. Please don’t show it to your RO and P. Continue the same good work And drive you have displayed in the past. Last thing an organisation needs is the mindset that if you are not sent for an interview, you lose motivation and start thinking they are not preparing you, Eg in terms of direction and handholding.

My HR has already informed Dirs of staff's PB grades, so expecting my Dir to let us know any time now...
