although not specifically mentioned, you can already observe the trends for salary adjustments...just look at the public sector, the intervals are getting longer
probably need to adjust your own expectations...last time adjustment every 3 years maybe possible, now likely to be around every 5 years instead
private sector MNCs may be more generous in timely adjustments

The adjustment we are talking about is the national wide AHP adjustment, the one that is reported in the news. Not the hush hush under the table kind .

I spoke to people from MOH finance. Likely next year.
Apparently the turnover for AHPs even worse than nursing.
So it is something they are trying to work on.
But keep your expectations low.
Last adjustment was 3 -7% only. So dont expect like 20% for next year.

Hell no. I'm almost 40 and my salary is in mid 5000 only.
8K basic at age 40 is outlier, likely for principal JG15, JG14 unlikely.

it's not only for allied health. every healthcare worker with under 3 years working experience got it.
